Concrete Questions
Concrete driveways typically run $20-$30 per square foot installed, depending on size, base conditions, finish type, and access. Stamped or decorative finishes add $5-$10/sqft. Contact us for a free quote specific to your project.
Concrete reaches initial set within 24-48 hours (you can walk on it). It reaches 70% strength at 7 days and full strength at 28 days. We recommend staying off driveways with vehicles for at least 7 days.
We pour from April through November. Concrete cannot be poured when temperatures drop below 5°C as it affects curing. We use air-entrained concrete specifically designed for Ontario's freeze-thaw cycles.
Septic Questions
A full septic system installation typically ranges from $15,000 to $35,000+ depending on system type, soil conditions, and property requirements. Replacement of existing systems is often $12,000-$25,000.
Yes. All new installations, replacements, and major repairs require a permit under Ontario Building Code Part 8. We handle all permit applications and inspections.
A well-maintained conventional septic system typically lasts 20-30 years. Tank pumping every 3-5 years is recommended to maximize lifespan.
